Shipping policy

Domestic USA Shipping:
Free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on all orders.
Faster shipping services are available with additional cost.  
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

When the item ships you should receive a shipping notice from Shopify.  If you do not receive a shipping notice within 2 days (3 days over a weekend) please contact me and I will be glad to send the tracking number.

Most items ship within 1-2 days.  Larger items or orders ship within 3-4 days.  

International Shipping:
International shipping options include STANDARD shipping (USPS First Class International or Fedex Connect Plus) and EXPEDITED (UPS Expedited, UPS Saver).  Shipping is calculated at checkout.

USPS First Class International can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks (usually 2-4 weeks) and is NOT GUARANTEED.   For lost or damaged packages I will replace or refund the items, but NOT the shipping cost. 
Fedex Connect Plus is for Canada, Mexico and some European countries and takes 3-10 days.

UPS Expedited - delivery in 3 days to two weeks, depending on the country and customs process.  

Please note that your country may charge a customs duty on the shipment.  This is out of my control and every country or shipper is different.

UPS requires a recipient phone number for international expedited shipping.
